Order Cancellations

If you've just placed your order, reply to your Order Confirmation email and let us know that you need to cancel. We are a small business, and order cancellation requests by email may take up to 8 hours to process.

You can also call or text us at 720-295-1641 to cancel by phone. We will fully refund your order, and you should see the money back in your account within 3-10 business days.

If your driver is on their way, we'll refund your order less the Local Delivery fee.

Refunds for Equipment Malfunctions

We will provide replacement equipment or a full refund of your base rental cost and any sales tax (less the Local Delivery fee) if your rental equipment is malfunctioning, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Search coil damage
  • Electrical connections
  • Other equipment circuitry
In order to receive a refund for malfunctioning equipment, the issue must be reproducible by our support staff, which may take up to 7 business days to confirm.
