Refunds and Cancellations
If you've just placed your order online for a rental and need to cancel, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or reply to your Order Confirmation email letting us know that you need to cancel.
You may also call your local location to cancel by phone. We will fully refund your order, and you should see the money back in your account within 3-10 business days.
If your delivery driver is already on their way, or there is less than 1 hour remaining before your scheduled delivery time, we will refund 50% of the Order Total, less the Delivery + Pickup Fee, which covers the driver’s time. For instance, if an order is $70.00, and the Delivery + Pickup Fee is $24.00, we would refund 50% of ($70 - $24), which is $23, plus any applicable sales taxes.
Orders placed by phone can be cancelled by calling your local location or sending us an email at email@example.com. Order cancellation requests by email may take up to 8 hours to process.
Refunds for Equipment Malfunctions
We will provide a full refund of your base rental cost and any applicable tax (less your delivery fee) in the following circumstances:
- If your rental equipment is malfunctioning, which includes, but is not limited to: search coil damage, electrical connections, and other equipment circuitry. In order to receive a refund for malfunctioning equipment, the issue must be reproducible by our support staff, which may take up to 7 business days to confirm.
- If your rental equipment is unusable due to natural disasters.
