Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds

We will provide a full refund of your base rental cost and any applicable tax (less your delivery fee) in the following circumstances:

  • If your rental equipment is malfunctioning, which includes, but is not limited to: search coil damage, electrical connections, and other equipment circuitry. In order to receive a refund for malfunctioning equipment, the issue must be reproducible by our support staff.
  • If your rental equipment is unusable due to unforeseen environmental conditions.

Cancellations

Prepaid orders placed for same-day delivery can be canceled for a 50% refund of your base rental cost and any applicable tax (less delivery fee).

Prepaid orders placed for next-day (and beyond) delivery can be canceled no later than 4 hours before your scheduled time, for a refund of 100% of your base rental cost and applicable tax (less delivery fee).

Payment on Delivery orders can be canceled no later than 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time.
