Refunds and Cancellations

This page describes our refund and cancellations policy for Local Rentals and National Rentals. This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.

Local Rentals

Refunds

We will provide replacement equipment or a full refund of your base rental cost (and any applicable sales tax) if your rental equipment is malfunctioning, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Search coil damage
  • Electrical connections
  • Other equipment circuitry

In order to receive a refund for malfunctioning equipment, the issue must be reproducible by our support staff, which may take up to 5 business days to confirm.

Once your refund is processed, you should see the money back in your account within 10 to 15 business days.

How to Cancel a Local Metal Detector Rental

Cancellations

If you've just placed your Local Rental order and need to cancel, reply to your Order Confirmation email as soon as possible. You may also call or text us at 720-295-1641 to cancel by phone.

If it is at least 1 business day before your scheduled delivery date and time, we will fully refund your order. The money will be returned to your account within 10 to 15 business days. 

If it is the same day as your scheduled delivery date and time, we will cancel your order at your request but it will not be refunded. 

National Rentals

Refunds

We will provide a refund of your base rental fee (and any applicable sales tax) if your rental is malfunctioning, which includes: issues with electrical connections and circuitry

Shipping fees paid by either you (if you paid for expedited shipping) or the Company (if your order included free shipping) are not refundable and will not be refunded.

In order to receive a refund for malfunctioning equipment, the issue must be reproducible by our support staff, which may take up to 5 business days to confirm once we've received your return shipment.

Cancellations

If you've just placed your National Shipping order and need to cancel, reply to your Order Confirmation email as soon as possible, or give us a call. 

We will refund your order in full if canceled before it has been shipped (typically 2 to 3 business days before your delivery date).

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and will not be refunded.
