Refunds

  1. The Renter may return the rented equipment for a full refund in the event that the equipment is malfunctioning, which may include but is not limited to: search coil damage, electrical connections, and other equipment circuitry. In order to receive a refund for malfunctioning equipment, the issue must be reproducible by our support staff.
  2. The Renter may return the rented equipment for a 50% refund in the event that they have located their lost item after they have placed a pre-paid online or pre-paid phone order that has been dispatched.
  3. The Renter may return the rented equipment for a 75% refund in the event that they have located their lost item after they have placed a pre-paid online or pre-paid phone order that has not been dispatched.
